Question: Are your jerseys the same type that teams wear?
Answer: Our jerseys are the exact same way all professional jerseys are made. We do not use iron on transfers or letters. Each jersey is printed, sewn and delivered one at a time.
Question: What kind of files can I upload from my computer?
Answer: You can upload most any graphic file to be part of your jersey design. Just remember that the higher the resolution of your file the better it will print. The best file type for graphics is a high resolution .PNG file with a transparent background. If you are having problems or need help with a file e-mail it to us at on-linejerseys@cox.net and we will assist you.
Question: I do not see my favorite store or field's jersey on the site. How can I get one?
Answer: Are list of jerseys is growing every month. Let us know the name of store, field or team you would to see on the site and we will contact them directly.
Question: Can anyone list a jersey for sale on the site?
Answer: Absolutely. We accept jerseys designs to be listed at no cost. See “Sell Your Jersey” for more information.
Question: If I submit a design do I still own the art work?
Answer: Yes. We do not take ownership of any art work that is submitted to our site. You have complete control of your design.
Question: How long does it take to get my jersey once I order it?
Answer: We strive to deliver your jersey within two weeks of your order date.
Question: Can I save my design for future use?
Answer: Yes. You can save your design for later use and even email your design to others.
